    Hi WTPA members- We will be having our general membership meeting tomorrow! Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, at 6:30pm. Senior’s Citizen’s Center, 465 E. 1200 S, Heber. First classroom down the hall.     Jordanelle Public Hearing on Nov. 8th!

    The Wasatch Taxpayers Association has decided to support Jordanelle homeowners in their effort to receive fair taxation. WTPA encourages ALL Wasatch residents to attend this public hearing, and support their effort. We all have a financial stake in a well run county, and deserve to have fair representation by our government. HERE WE GO AGAIN WITH ANOTHER PROPOSED ASSESSMENT OF PROPERTY AROUND THE JORDANELLE!!! After successfully defeating the assessment a year ago, Wasatch County is again trying to create an assessment area around the Jordanelle for fire service. Additionally, the Utah State Legislature has twice addressed this exact issue and subsequently removed a municipality’s ability to create Special Service Districts…
