DID YOU KNOW…… The State Auditors Office just released their Jordanelle AUDIT!!  It’s HERE!   Also,  the Wasatch County Council has been sued again? Some landowners and the bondholders in Jordanelle have filed separate lawsuits against the Jordanelle Special Service District and WC, resulting in the first government-bond default in Utah history! DID YOU KNOW…… The  REFERENDUM PETITION to halt the recent decision by the county council to pass a NEW  A-10 ZONE in the Northfields WAS CERTIFIED by the county clerk on January 9, 2015!    It was zoned 1 home per 20 acres, but the county council last year tried to change it to 1 home per 10 acres,  even though the majority of citizens were against it. It seems it was a priority before a couple councilmen left at the end of this year. Can you say “CONFLICTS OF INTEREST”?  Some councilmen, planning commissioners and/or their families own land in the Northfields, too. Click on the picture for more details!
